• Gained +2.03 accuracy at zero training cost by swapping argmax for ordinal calibration decoding on identical weights, a bigger win than every architecture and optimizer change combined.
• Shipped the trained models as an inference pipeline and Streamlit UI, verified bit-exact against the training arrays.
