LawSync.io – Legislative Monitoring Agents
Built with Pramod Thebe at the Agentic Orchestration Hack, where it won Best Yutori API Project. A legal team managing property owners told us that tracking California's local legislative activity was too manual to manage: council meetings, rent-control proposals, and fair-housing rules across many jurisdictions, with existing tools covering two councils for $20 a month. LawSync runs computer-use agents across five county websites in parallel, extracts agendas and rule changes, summarizes them with citations, and emails only what is relevant to housing and landlord regulation.

Parallel County Crawls
Five San Francisco Bay Area county sites browsed at once by agents that navigate like a person, which held up better than bulk scraping on inconsistent government pages.
Summaries With Citations
Each detected update is summarized, its likely impact explained, and linked back to the agenda or notice it came from.
Relevance-Filtered Alerts
Only housing and landlord-related changes trigger an email. The first version drowned users in raw data; the filter is the product.
Form-Filling Agent
Google Form based compliance steps are completed by an agent, turning a recurring chore into a review.
